Park Lodge Sports Day, Fri June 11th 2010

I wasn't expecting to be able to make it for the Sports Day and surprised the kids when I arrived back late on Thursday night.

Kate and Patrick had been practising hard and they both came away with some good medals.

Donegal May 2010

We headed to Donegal for the mid-term break. Patrick was a bit sad as it was the last big trip in the van but he soon cheered-up because the weather was fantastic and we went to the beach everyday.

New workplace

This is a view of my new workplace at spencer dock (building on right) and the new conference centre in dublin.

Taken from a taxi with a blackberry when I was late for a meeting.

We visited Tullymore Forest Park

We left early and brought a small picnic for lunch. Patrick was jealous of the other visitors who brought and BBQ with them.
During our walk it rained a few times and we would have to take shelter.
Kate, Patrick and Patch loved the stepping stones that we came across during the walk.

Kate's First Communion, April 24th 2010

After weeks of preparation Kate made her First Communion.

She sang a solo during the service and it was really good.

Afterwards we went to the Golf Club for lunch.

Thanks to everyone for coming along.

WWE, Belfast April 2010

We went to the wrestling last night (our second time).

Patrick really enjoyed it because John Cena (his favourite) was there and won his fight.

Assault on Napoleon's Nose

Today we walked to the summit of the Cavehill, Belfast. It is called Napoleon's Nose and it is 360m above sea level.

Well done to Kate and Patrick for walking all the way. Patrick said that being at the top made him feel like a warrior!
The weather was very changeable at and at one stage we had to take shelter from the rain.
